After going 1-1 in pool play, the ESGS 14U fall ball team won the semi-final game, 9-4, then went on to win the championship game, 8-0.

Be a youth umpire! No experience is necessary, but softball and baseball players are preferred.
El Segundo Girls Softball needs youth umpires (14-17 years old) to work the 2009 softball season.
The season is from February to May with weekday and weekend games available. You could work a lot or a little, depending on your schedule.

Information on the Field Hotline is updated by 2pm each day, and tells us if the Rec Park and/or Richmond fields are closed for the day. The Middle School field is controlled by ESGS, and signs will be posted at the field if it is closed.
