For your convenience, the major rule differences by division are listed below:

6U Division:
– Coaches pitch to the girls. If a player swings and misses 3 times, they will continue the at-bat using the tee.
– All players hit each inning of an approximately 3 inning game (games are 1 hour long)
– No run limit
– No out limit (every player has one at-bat per inning)
– This division uses a 9” Diamond Flexi Yellow

8U Division:
– Before Spring Break: Hybrid Coach/player pitch – Girls begin to pitch, and coaches will assume the pitch count after 4 balls (i.e. no walks)
– Second half the season – Hybrid Coach/player pitch first 2 innings, then girl pitch remaining innings (i.e. walks allowed).  No bases loaded walks
– Run rule of 3 runs per team, per inning.
– There are no standings during the season.
– Playoffs are round robin for seeding, followed by single-elimination bracket.
– Pitching distance is 30′
– This division uses a 10″ RIF Level 1 softball.

10U Division:
– Player pitch only
– Run rule is 4 runs per team, per inning, first four.  Unlimited in innings 5, 6, & 7.
– Dropped 3rd strike rule in effect. (If catcher drops 3rd strike, batter can run to first)
– All league games count in the standings/seeding for playoffs
– Pitching distance is 35′
– This division uses an 11″ RIF Level 1 softball.

12U Division:
– Player pitch only
– Run rule is 5 runs per team, per inning, first four. Unlimited in innings 5, 6, & 7.
– All league games count in the standings/seeding for playoffs
– Pitching distance is 40′
– This division uses a 12″ Dream Seam softball.

14U Division:
– Player pitch only
– Run rule is 6 runs per team, per inning.
– Pitching distance is 43′
– This division uses a 12″ Dream Seam softball
