Rules Clarification:
10U Drop Dead - The inning does not count and is reverted back if - the home team was ahead at the end of the last inning but at drop dead is tied or behind, because the home team did not get their equal chance to win.
The drop dead inning counts if 1) the home team at the end of the last inning was behind and then at drop dead is tied or ahead or 2) the home team was ahead at the last inning and at drop dead is still ahead then the score remains.
10U Pitching Outs - if an inning reverts back then the pitching outs during the reverted inning are not charged against that pitcher for the weeks limitation. |
