1. One Board compiled vote and managers are to select 12 players to be placed on the ballot.
2. EVERY LINE on the ballot must be filled in for the ballot to be valid.
3. Do not sign your ballot.
4. Place completed ballot in envelope, seal and give to the Player Agent at the all star selection meeting.
5. If you are unable to attend, you may make arrangements to give your ballot in person (this must be done in person) to the Player Agent or President prior to the selection meeting. Or, if not attending, notify the Player Agent you will be sending your ballot with ONE of your coaches or a board member. This person may vote, on your behalf, on any vote-offs that may occur.
6. The 10 players receiving the most votes will automatically
be placed on the team. If there are any ties, there will be a vote-off
with the voting members present.

the remaining pool of players who have received at least 2 votes.
Selection of these players will be left up to the manager’s
discretion.
8. The All Star selection voting and results are NOT to be discussed
with anyone after the meeting is over. The number of votes any player
receives or their ranking is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL information.
Anyone found to be in violation of this procedure will be considered
in violation of the Code of Ethics and league procedures and will
be subject to possible expulsion from the league for the current
and subsequent seasons. Any violations and consequences will be
left to the board’s discretion.
9. All managers interested in being considered for the All Star
Manager must notify the Player Agent in writing.
10. Voting members will also select the All Star Manager. The manager receiving the most votes will be the All Star Manager. Each member of the proposed All Star coaching staff must be approved by the board.
11. The selected All Star manager must present his coaching staff, consisting of 2 coaches and a chaperone, at the All Star selection meeting. The coaching staff must have one female (manager, coach or chaperone) on their staff for all games and practices.
